Very easy access, clean and fresh, great Priceline value!

Well done Priceline! This was a very nice property with a modern lobby and festive pool area. The beds were very comfy and the TV was modern as well. Strongly recommend.

The staff was cold, abrupt, no eye-contact, ... basically very rude.

Physically, the hotel is well-located and is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff-wise, they were out of coffee in the lobby by 9am and it took over 15 minutes for a girl to come and pour one pitcher of coffee into the urn. ...read more

They told me 3 times my winter coat was not in their hotel.

I had the shuttle to the airport and they did not put my winter coat in the van with my luggage. I called from the ship and they would not acknowledge me as a customer. The clerk said I have customers to wait on & cannot talk. I called again when I returned home and was told my coat was not at the hotel. The coat hanging in the luggage area belonged to someone else and they already had it in a box and said the box was too small for a coat. I am upset. ...read more
